Nice man came in yesterday, had been shopping around to other frame shops (including the big box stores) attempting to find the best value for his dollar. After taking 20 minutes to explain what we could offer him, our exchange policy, and cost to do his project he selected a lovely Larson-Juhl Custom Frame we mutually agreed looked fantastic for the job. As he's leaving he turned and smiled, then mentioned that we not only had given him such patient, good advice, but our price was less than all the other shops he visited! INCLUDING the chain store.
